1. Parties

This agreement is between AI CREATOR HUB LTD and the user of the service.

Company number, registered office address, and formal legal notice contact details are pending founder confirmation and are not included in this draft.

2. Service Scope

AI Creator Hub provides account-based software services including AI-assisted generation, project organisation, YouTube Production Studio workflows, and subscription and billing features as offered in the current V1 experience.

Some advanced or future capabilities may be introduced later and are not part of the current V1 service commitment.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using the service in a lawful and non-abusive manner. The current public position is that the service is intended for adults, but age enforcement details remain subject to final founder confirmation.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

5. AI Output and User Responsibility

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform code, branding, and proprietary service materials remain owned by AI CREATOR HUB LTD. User-submitted materials remain user-owned subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

7. Billing, Credits and Subscriptions

Billing, subscriptions, and credits are implemented through authenticated service routes and Stripe-based payment handling. Users may manage subscriptions and billing through the service’s subscription and billing experience.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required for policy violations, abuse, fraud, security risk, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis and is not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the extent applicable under the governing law that eventually applies to the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms where required for legal, security, product, or operational reasons.

11. Governing Law and Notices

These terms are governed by the applicable legal framework that applies to the service and the relevant user jurisdiction. The service’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Disclaimer form part of the overall service terms.
