Terms of Service

1. Parties

This agreement is between AI CREATOR HUB LTD and the user of the service.

AI CREATOR HUB LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17363119. Its registered office is 3 Occupation Road, Peterborough, England, PE1 2DH. General, legal, and privacy enquiries can be sent to aicreatorhub.app@gmail.com.

2. Service Scope

AI Creator Hub provides account-based software services including AI-assisted content generation, Projects and Project Memory, Business DNA, Missions, Deliverables, YouTube content planning, and subscription and billing features as offered in the current V1 experience. The customer-facing AI Workforce includes seven specialist roles and 26 kinds of work. Some work may be unavailable in your account. AI Creator Hub prepares supported work for customer review and does not represent these specialists as autonomous employees or as independent external-action or publishing agents.

Some advanced or future capabilities may be introduced later and are not part of the current V1 service commitment.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using the service in a lawful and non-abusive manner.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

5. AI Output and User Responsibility

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform code, branding, and proprietary service materials remain owned by AI CREATOR HUB LTD. User-submitted materials remain user-owned subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

7. Billing, Credits and Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly, auto-renewing subscriptions. Current monthly prices are shown on the Pricing page and are stated in GBP. AI Creator Hub Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT registration number is provided. Users may cancel at any time through the available billing tools; cancellation stops future renewal and access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Credits are for use within the service, have no cash value, and are not independently redeemable for money. Ordinary cancellation does not create a cash refund for unused credits. These provisions do not limit statutory consumer rights.

Deleting an AI Creator Hub account is separate from cancelling a Stripe subscription. An account deletion request enters a 30-day grace period and may be cancelled before final processing. Final account deletion is blocked while an active or nonterminal subscription still requires billing management; use the available billing controls first.

When you request immediate service commencement, the service may begin during the 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel during that period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied where permitted by law. If you request digital content immediately, any applicable statutory cancellation right for that digital content may end when supply begins. This does not waive cancellation rights for the subscription more broadly.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required for policy violations, abuse, fraud, security risk, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis and is not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated and must be reviewed by you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that protection, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms where required for legal, security, product, or operational reasons.

11. Governing Law and Notices

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. The service’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Disclaimer form part of the overall service terms.
