1. Controller Identity

AI CREATOR HUB LTD, company number 17363119, registered office 3 Occupation Road, Peterborough, England, PE1 2DH, is the controller for personal data processed through AI Creator Hub. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be sent to aicreatorhub.app@gmail.com.

2. Data We Process

  • Account and authentication information, including profile details and sign-in records.
  • Projects, Project Memory, Business DNA, saved content, AI prompts, generated outputs, Missions, Deliverables, versions, and usage history.
  • Subscription, billing, and payment-related information handled through Stripe and related account flows.
  • Privacy settings, consent records, account settings, security records, and privacy export/deletion requests.
  • Contact inquiries submitted through the Contact Hub are sent through the application's transactional email path; the current product does not maintain a customer-support ticket database for them.

3. Purposes

  • To create and manage user accounts and authenticate access to the service.
  • To provide AI generation, project management, Missions, Deliverables, and YouTube content-planning features.
  • To manage subscriptions, credits, billing, and related payment operations.
  • To operate security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and service protection controls.
  • To handle support requests and privacy-related rights requests.

4. Lawful Basis

Processing is based on contract where needed to provide an account or requested service; legal obligation where required for legal, financial, or accounting duties; and legitimate interests for security, fraud and abuse prevention, service protection, and ordinary operations. Consent is used where the service specifically asks for it.

5. Data Subject Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. The service includes authenticated workflows to request a structured JSON privacy export and to schedule account deletion. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period and can be cancelled before final processing; it does not automatically cancel a separate Stripe subscription.

6. Service Providers and International Processing

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for AI processing, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting and infrastructure. These providers may process data internationally where they operate. Appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards are used where required; this policy does not claim a specific certification or safeguard that has not been verified.

7. Retention

We retain personal data while the account or service relationship remains active and while needed to provide the requested features, support the service, and meet legal, accounting, dispute, fraud, or security obligations. Account deletion removes or anonymises owner-linked product data through the current deletion process after its grace period. Audit, security, billing-event, and operational records may remain where needed for accountability, security, reconciliation, or legal obligations. Immediate deletion cannot be guaranteed in every backup, log, or operational copy.

8. Security

The platform uses authenticated routes, access controls, server-side processing, webhook signature verification, and other operational safeguards to reduce unauthorised access and misuse.

9. Automated Decision-Making

V1 does not rely on solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for the core service experience.

10. Complaints

11. Age

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly invite children under 18 to use the service.

12. Company and VAT position

AI Creator Hub Ltd is not currently VAT registered and does not provide a VAT registration number. This position may change if the company’s tax status changes.
