1. Scope

This policy covers browser storage and similar client-side data used by AI Creator Hub runtime.

2. Current V1 browser storage in active source

• Storage-notice acknowledgement: localStorage key ach_cookie_consent_v1 is used to remember that the browser-storage notice has been acknowledged.
• UI language preference: localStorage key ach_ui_locale is used to remember the selected UI language.
• Project-list persistence: localStorage key ai_creator_projects is used to persist the browser-side project list for product functionality.

3. Storage characteristics

Local browser storage generally persists in the browser until it is removed, cleared, or overwritten by application or browser behavior. Current runtime evidence does not establish a specific retention period beyond that behavior.

4. Current runtime tracking status

Current V1 source contains no advertising tracking, no marketing pixels, and no analytics runtime integration identified by the verified audit.

5. Future changes

If non-essential tracking or storage is introduced later, the applicable consent/control mechanism and this policy must be updated before that technology is enabled.
