Refund, Cancellation and Subscription Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-11
1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription billing, cancellation, and credit-related flows in the current AI Creator Hub service.
2. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renewing. Current prices are shown in GBP on the Pricing page. AI Creator Hub Ltd is not currently VAT registered. Cancellation and related account changes are handled through the available subscription and billing experience.
3. Cancellation
Users may cancel at any time through the available billing tools. Cancellation stops future renewal, while access remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period. Ordinary cancellation does not create an automatic prorated refund solely because the subscription was cancelled.
Account deletion is a separate privacy control. Requesting deletion does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription; an active subscription must be handled through the available billing controls before account deletion can reach final processing.
4. Refund Requests
Payments are generally non-refundable except where applicable law or statutory consumer rights require a refund, or where there is duplicate or incorrect billing or another legally required correction. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Credits
Credits may be consumed as part of AI generation and related service use. Unused subscription credits have no cash value and are not independently redeemable for money. Ordinary cancellation does not create a cash refund for unused credits, subject to applicable statutory rights.
6. Consumer Rights
Where a service begins immediately after purchase, this does not remove any statutory consumer rights that apply. Users should contact aicreatorhub.app@gmail.com where they believe a payment or subscription issue requires review.
If you request immediate service commencement during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied where permitted by law. If you request digital content immediately, any applicable statutory cancellation right for that digital content may end when supply begins. This does not waive statutory subscription cancellation rights.
